Implementation

The Platformplus team work with you to ensure a smooth installation and transfer of data into the system. Platformplus has successfully integrated data from all the major financial planning databases and numerous other customised systems.

Training

The Platformplus team provide initial and ongoing training. The initial training of Platformplus takes approximately two and half days. At the end of the initial training users are more than competent to confidently commence using the software. The Platformplus support team are available for any problems users may encounter on a daily basis.

In addition to the support team for smaller training issues, ongoing training is available to users as required. For more complicated modelling training, new release training or maybe a refresher training session, Platformplus is available on request for all your training needs.

Updates and Customisation

Platformplus is continually updated with additional development occurring constantly. With in-house programmers, our technology will remain at the forefront of developments and can be simply altered to suit specific requirements.

A regular newsletter is emailed to Users detailing updates and relevant training, and providing information on the progress of development.

Suggested enhancements are encouraged from Users and these help to keep the system relevant and contemporary.

Data Feeds

To enhance the data integrity of client asset and liability information, Platformplus feeds transactional data directly from numerous product providers into the system. The current providers supported by Platformplus include Oasis, Symetry, Macquarie Wrap, BT Wrap, Colonial First State, Australian Skandia, Navigator, ASGARD, NEXT Financial, Macquarie Cash Management Trust, Colonial Margin Lending, MLC MasterKey, MasterKey Custom, and LM Investments.

The Platformplus team are continuously working with fund managers to establish future data feed programs for our clients. Suggestions for potential fund manager feeds are always considered.
