Client Management
Financial Fact Find
The process of client data entry in Platformplus is initially via the Financial Fact Find. This multi-functional tool is available in both electronic and paper forms. It can be used by prospects prior to initial meetings with clients for reviews and updates, and by advisers for a gap analysis. The Financial Fact Find can be accessed on the licensee’s (or adviser’s) web site, emailed to prospects or clients and then returned for uploading using the Financial Fact Find ‘Wizard’ facility. A reverse Financial Fact Find is also available.
Information Manager
Platformplus allows you to easily manage all assets, liabilities, insurances and other specific details for each of your clients and their associated entities. Data feeds are available from most IDPS providers, CMT’s and lending institutions, making data management efficient and simple (see "Support" page). Assets, liabilities and insurances that are not managed by the adviser are able to be tracked so that future business opportunities can be identified and harnessed.
Modelling Tools
Platformplus includes leading edge, complex, multi-entity cashflow modelling with multi scenario graphical comparisons. The system uses a simple, user-friendly interface where information is integrated back into the Statement of Advice.
Report Generation
The integrated statement of advice report writing tool with numerous templates for full and defined scope advice, as well as automated review templates, assists in the process of documenting strategy recommendations, justification and compliance requirements.
Review Systems
Ability to perform numerous client review functions automatically, assisting in providing a high-value client relationship. Send newsletters electronically to clients / prospects / suspects on the CRM, with on-demand “Hot Topic” communications sent as needed.
Practice Management
The practice administration system provides the ability to set various controlling functions within Platformplus in order to assist with the effective administration of the financial planning business. This system covers staff, referral arrangements, invoicing, contacts and more.
The practice management system contains the ability to track KPI’s, review workflow (including the ebbs and flows of workflow volumes), track business in the pipeline and clearly identify the source of business generation. You can manage costs vs income for each client that allows you to effectively “cull” your unprofitable clients.
Workflow Management
How your business responds to workflow is crucial in today’s fast-paced financial services industry. The workflow management system contains a unique messaging facility to ensure all tasks are completed on time, every time.
Monitoring System
A suite of tools for the monitoring of client assets, liabilities, asset allocations and cashflows, comparing these with preset values, with a clear graphical illustration.
Document Templates, Generation and Storage Systems
Platformplus will allow the storage of an unlimited number of document templates and automatic generation of forms such as FSG’s with the added functionality of electronic file storage, providing the paperless office environment.
Web Site
Platformplus provides each licensee with their own fully functional web site with interactive client access. There is also the additional ability for advisers who co-brand with their licensee to run their own web site. Clients can access their information, manage their own cashflow and view their financial and insurance situations.
AFS Licensee Management
The licensee administration and management system provides the tools and systems for the licensee to maintain and monitor workflow items, approved product lists, templates for all types of communication, website content and adviser exception reporting. In addition, all forms and registers required for the advisers, clients and the licensee are stored in Platformplus providing a centralised document administration tool.
Research
Listed securities, managed funds and personal insurance products, with data feeds into the information manager are available. Fund news is available along with model portfolios and approved product list management.
Training and Communication
A publication can be electronically sent to your advisers and their support teams, to keep all members abreast of industry changes to your specific issues. Recipients of this publication are tested to ensure that information has been adequately absorbed. As needed, licensee communications are also stored on the Platformplus home page and emailed as required.
